Portal de Astoria is a touristic project that has being develop for several years, based on the owners idea of fulfilling the lack of hotels and tourist residences of excellent quality in the area, by making a different architecture that focuses on the users experience and comfort, by granting large spaces of great visuals and ecologically sense, which take into account the sun, temperature changes, prevailing winds and rain; offering ecological spaces that reinforce the idea of the project, optimizing natural resources, increasing the experience quality for residents and tourist.

Hotel building, located in Ricaurte - Cundinamarca, on a plot of 45,500 meters, with approximately 22,000 square meters of construction, eight floors and 129 rooms with all their complementary services.

The project is designed to fulfill the absence of quality hotels in the area, focusing mainly on providing the user with the best experience and relaxation, through architecture design and all the complementary services, supported with the latest technology allow the user to have a pleasant experience.

The hotel is designed to host a variety of events such as conventions of large and small magnitudes, religious events, parties and meals that with the present hotel service, make it something unique in the region.

The project consists of 205 completely finished apartments, where you will find an innovative and exclusive design for our clients. The total built will be 46,353 m2, in them we have apartments with large spaces designed for the relaxation and comfort of the family, some of these will have water mirrors on their terraces. Additionally, we design several interior track routes filled with natural vegetation that allow hiking and cycle in safe and varied environment, surrounded by an ecological construction. We will have heliport, underground parking, natural lake, large social areas with swimming pools, sport courts, gym, social and meeting rooms and communal terraces among many others.
